Panache Jasmine: Bra Review

The Panache Jasmine has been in my collection for quite some time now (hence why I’m showing off my beautiful oriental print version circa Autumn/Winter 2012!), but they re-release and re-release this style season after season, always in pretty prints and standout shades and it never fails to catch my attention. The band is a good firm fit, but not quite as firm as the brand’s Cleo styles. If you’re familiar with the Panache ‘Andorra’ or Panache ‘Ariza’ continuity styles, you’re looking at a pretty similar fit with the Jasmine. It’s worth mentioning – quite a feat in the F+ bra fit spectrum – the straps are a reasonable width so there’s less of a frumpy ‘hefty strap’ look to the bra, but I find I have to be careful not the have the straps too tight as they tend to dig in due to the reduced surface area. I have to make sure the straps are just so before I continue to dress or I end up with a bit of strap pinching (which I seem to have ever so slightly in the picture at the top of this post – that’ll teach me to rush my bra photography sessions!). The theme of the bra is always a pretty and decorative print, with colour co-ordinated stretch lace and matching straps.
